Some thoughts:

Good work, Masque. Yes, somebody please translate to determine if questions and/or answers were altered for better appeal to foreign readers.

Lots of questions about sex and relationships, only about one each regarding parents, marriage, kids, and finances. Virtually nothing about education, show business, modelling, hobbies, future plans, politics, religion, or cosmetic surgery. I suppose the layout articles cover those topics, and besides, they're called "Play"-mates.

Funny how two of the most prominent PMs today, McCoullough and Tweed, had minimal opinions while the most responsive models have fallen from public view.

I think it would be fascinating to survey the women today to see if opinions have changed in 20 - 30 years. Better yet, reinstate this feature for the current generation of models. But then, who really reads the magazine anymore?

Perhaps my memory is playing tricks on me in my old age, but I could have sworn that the "Dear Playmates" column ran for at least the latter half of the 1970's as well. I remember my favorite answer (if I didn't dream it), but it is probably too outre to repeat here. I'll just say that the question that it was a response to was, "What's the nicest thing a man has ever done for you?" I can't remember who the Playmate was who gave that answer, but I'm thinking it was somebody from the mid-1970's.
