Actually, Turkish Delight is not bad candy. Mostly the original is with a rose flavor, some are with nuts, but too much sugar just. It's good with coffee only.

You just revived an old memory of mine, where my mom used to like baked udder, which was worse than liver, trust me. That slight urine smell while it was baking, ugghh...

I hate liver too though (except as pate or liverwurst, those are fine)

As for kidneys: hated them too until i had (i think chicken) kidneys with garlic in Asia, which was surprisingly delicious.

I liked roasted kidneys and liver.

I think that my mother was Neandertalian, she was used to eat crude meat. She even ate crude brain. I didn't like it.

Well say ate it. Only part I ate was the tasteless insulting sludge Sainsbury dared to pass off as chicken N mushroom filling. Impossible to eat the "Pastry" beyond the first tentative bite. Didn't try any more as I`d have had a nicer time chewing wet cardboard.



3/10 , and it only got that because the awful contents smelled ok-ish and until I opened it up the pasties looked ok-ish.
