Internet search gave me the same result, Olivia Lee, and I can match moles, navel and many other details pretty well between the images, albeit images are mirrored.

I found this 1972 magazine cover too, perhaps she is wearing a wig, which might be the same model as well. This is weak lead I can see but something to consider whatsoever.
