How times have changed. Radio 2 are doing a special on Carry On films as they reach their 60th anniversary. I noticed that they cited the best/worst films in the Times this morning the best were, Carry On Constable, Doctor and Camping. The worst were At Your Convenience, England and Emmanuelle which was too much even for fans. I think the best one was Up The Khyber. To be honest it is embarrassing to watch these days, they are so dated and were Sid James alive today still he would not believe what has happened and would be doubtless labelled a dirty old man(even with his trademark lascivious laugh) the same fate that befell Benny Hill. I also noticed that Jim Dale's birthday is today and he starred in a fair few of them.
The only one I ever saw was with my grandpa and he took me to see Carry On Henry-I wished he hadn't it wasn't that good and I think I was too young to appreciate some of the humour.

It would now appear that Mr Corbyn did lay a wreath to terrorists after all - some photographs of him doing it have jogged his memory.
Admittedly he wasn't laying it on the graves of the Munich Olympics murderers; and after all I might lay a wreath at Highgate Cemetery without necessarily paying respects to Karl Marx. But Corbyn can't pass this off as a statement of opposition to all killing because in fact it isn't any such thing - it is a statement of taking sides with a Middle East terrorist group against Israel. Apparently the de maximis limit for not declaring hospitality in the register of members interests is £660. Mr Corbyn didn't declare his trip to Tunisia, which must therefore have been below £660 in costs met by his PLO hosts. This £660 covers the return flight to Tunis, a stay in a five star hotel and (of course) the cost of a wreath. After all, if Mr Corbyn had bought the wreath himself, he would surely have remembered whether or not he laid one. All in for less than £660 eh? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iEe3hBXZEyI

I certainly wouldn't say Carry On Camping was the best, it's a pretty average film in the series as far as I'm concerned. For me the best was definitely Carry On Cleo (Infamy! Infamy! They've all got it in for me!), closely followed by Nurse, Teacher, Screaming and Constable.
Can agree on the worst ones though, those three are pretty damned dire.

I would had done the same thing.
That scum would had raped and even possibly killed his daughter after raping her. http://www.foxnews.com/us/2018/08/15...olice-say.html Now he is charged with a crime for protecting his daughter? I bet if that guy did rape his daughter and was arrested (if he was, a lot of time criminals get away with their crimes), he would probably get a slap on the wrist after plea bargaining. |

I saw a whole squad of them pissing behind a fence at a concert in a football stadium in Glasgow - at first I thought I was having a hallucination when I saw the row of big bare arses - then they started shouting at me to f*ck off!
