The dog of my neighbour barked each afternoon.
The difference between your story and mine, is that my neighbour was a nice miserable guy, who was half-blind. And he tried as much as possible to take his dog in his house. But sometimes he forgot to take his dog in his house.
So I bought ear plugs made of bee wax and it was ok. It reduces the intensity of the sound of about -20dB. Sadly I had to throw them after several uses.

Now you get synthetic ones that you can buy in drugstore or supermarket.
They work well for this kind of noise and you can clean them in warm water.
Buy at least two or three pairs. They are not expensive and you can take one pair when another one is drying.

Don't use synthetic ones that are used in construction site. They cause painful irritations in your inner ear during the sleep.

Now that I travel a lot for my job, I always get a pair in my backpack.
Read well how to use them. Because I've seen people who put them in their ears in a manner that they finally are not efficient at all.


Apart that.... I'm very very surprised that you can't explain to the police that this woman doesn't respect your life.
In my country there is "a noise complaint during the night" since 22 o'clock, but there is also "noise complaint during the day".

Try to get more informations about this, before to make an illegal action and then having trouble with the justice.

Planned on doing nothing today, about 11am the bark drove me nuts So, we decided to go have a round of golf just to get away for a few hours.

The lady that lives across the road was doing some gardening so I went and asked how the dog was for the hours we were gone ...... She said the bitch and herself had a small chat .... Turns out the bitch is exactly what I hate,

1, Unemployed on welfare,
2, 2 young boys so her welfare would be increased
3, Divorced so her ex is providing some money also

So, we have an employed homeowner who pays a goodly amount in taxes being inconvenienced by a welfare queen who is renting. Seems like the police ought to know on which side their bread is buttered.

Is her landlord prepared for the damage two young and a neurotic dog will be causing to the rental property? Mind you the bitch will be blaming others for her problems.

In the short term, ear plugs work wonders. I began wearing them when I lived near an airport, and have often found myself living near freeways, railroads, and barking digs ever since.

Can't Mate My beef is never with an animal, nope it's the human bitch not the canine variety that I have to deal with.

As far as I'm concerned animals belong outside, my last dog spent probably 90% of it's almost 18 year life outside.

This bitch will pay for speaking to me the way she did on first introduction, she don't know me and she don't know I play to win and won't stop till I win, but above all she will pay for having total disregard for the other people that live on my road
