Can we write comments to classic movies or pornstars threads?

I would like to post some comments (not info) about the movies or pornstar clip threads, is that can be allowed?

If I remember correctly from the time I was a mod there is a bit of leeway in the classic movie section. Since most threads are unlikely to get several pages long one can post relevant comments. By relevant I mean what would be interesting for others to know about the movie in question. So references to reviews, particular insights (facts of history), comments on the objective parameters of the movie (edited, removed scene etc.) would be allowed, but useless comments like "thanks" "I like this movie" and general irrelevant comments would not.

"Classic Pornstars" does contain discussion threads, since late 2016, relative to particular models.
