She was the "star" of the one and only X-rated movie to be destroyed in France (L'essayeuse). It's also fun that this movie was directed by Serge Korber, who directed a number of comedies (with De Funes, Annie Girardot, ...)

In fact if you discount the same film released under different names in different territories and the use of stock footage in some films by my calculation she made 18 hardcore films from the summer of 1975 to 1978 (or even 1977). The penetration scenes although not the bjs were doubled in some of her earlier work.

She appears to have been born in the mid-1940s (some sources say in Nice) and began her career as a "legitimate" stage comedy actress in the mid-60s, moved into films ("tits and bums") and later softcore before graduating to hardcore. For some reason after her hardcore career she made a couple of fleeting fully-clothed appearances in 1981 films shot in Germany before a couple more softcore films. She was certainly acting on stage in the 1980s as I saw her once in Paris.

She generally played comedy and "specialised" in upper class and bourgeoise roles. Mainly fairly vanilla sex: masturbation, bjs, penetration, a lot of lesbian scenes including at least three featuring large strap-ons. In my opinion genuinely superb in "Shocking" and excellent in L'essayeuse, stole the show in La fessee (apart from Ringer's debut) and in Veuves en challeur (where for some reason she was uncredited).

She appeared as Emmanuelle Pareze until 1977 after which she used Daniele Delaude (or various misspellings) and later when she resumed her softcore career she appeared as Emmanuelle Benda

Emmanuelle Pareze-Belda appears to have been her married name; here she is (credited as such) in 1968 (she is the girl seated in the center) along with Dora Doll, Valerie Camille (seated on the left), Huguette Dathane and Marie-Christine Auferil. (The actor is Jean Louis Barrault).
