No nipple flash. I looked at this scene frame by frame. First I believe they use a body double. See gets out of bed and there is an change of angle. She is walking away and you never see her face. You do see some side boob but never a nipple flash. There is a shadow which has the shape of a nipple but it is clearly a shadow and not a nip when you watch it frame by frame.
She begins to put on her robe and there is a break to the guy in bed. It breaks back to her after her robe is on and she turns and you see Stepfanie's face. Her hair is clearly a couple of inches longer after her robe is on.
This was made for TV and I'm sure she would have had on some kind of pasties if it were her considering her reluctance to do nudity and that they would not want to have a slip.
It is also strange that they would have gone through the trouble of a body double for a short tv scene. I'm not 100% certain it was a body double. She does move her hair when putting on the robe and her head could have been tilted at a different angle but it does look slightly different.
I am 100% sure about the shadow and not the nip.
