Kinda reminds me of Jesie St James, especially the teeth-baring aspect of her "throes of passion." Major problem with that suggestion is I don't remember ever seeing her with reddish hair, usually very light blonde. My best other argument for this suggestion would be her accent. Though not a Brit, she did have a very particular way of speaking, especially if you listen to her narration during the movie "Easy." I don't want to say upper crust, but a little.

Don't think this is Jessie even if the hair was dyed red. Jessie was a bit more petite. This woman has stouter hips and legs and far larger breasts.

I think this is Andrea True with a much lighter hair color. Used to seeing her with darker/browner hair.
