Name of Mainstream Hollywood MILF Seduction comedy flick from the mid to late 1980s?

Does anyone recall the name of a mainstream Hollywood comedy/drama of sorts about to friends, one who gets seduced by his best friend's mom? I've been trying to find it with no luck. I didn't see the film myself which came out during the mid to late 1980s, but a friend told me about it ages ago. Supposedly there was a scene where the MILF made some sort of cross sign with a pendant of some kind before going at it with the young guy. Thanks in advance for any help, maybe it would be worth watching if it ever gets ID-ed....
