What is really confusing is that one must pass tests to be hired at the postal service. But SanteeFats is likely correct that I exaggerate. This is an area that is very much mixed & white folk are not even 40% of the population. Thus the post office features many employees of African American, Hispanic, Filipino, and other ancestry. Sadly, many natives of Asian countries have a better command of written English than the products of our high schools and even colleges.

The tests form may not be in English.

If you don't speak English, you can get a driver's license written test in Spanish and Chinese and Vietnamese here in Texas and in California.

Also they have the BATF (Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms) Firearms Yellow purchase forms in Spanish and Chinese and Vietnamese too.

The one that asks you a bunch of question and everyone knows if you answers YES to even one of them, the retailer will have to deny you the purchase so folks know to answer NO on every question even if the answer is a lie.

US postal service losing money?. I wanted a special cable for a couple of bucks; it could fit inside a matchbox and weighed less than the contents. Postage to the UK? Thirty dollars. A thirty page catalogue 10 x 8, thirty two dollars.( Some US booksellers are clueless about book rates)
And the reason given for the exorbitant charges? 911 of course. and never any further details as if those three numbers can justify any phenomena you will encounter.

The original is always in Yellow.

Answer NO to every question even if it's a lie and then the retailer will call the FBI and do a background check on you using the information you given on this form: full name, date of birth, Driver's License or ID #, social security #.

The retailer will have to see a physical original copy of your State ID/DL but not your social security card.

The FBI representative will either say YES sell him the gun or NO don't sell him the gun or guns (this form can be used for more than one gun purchase at the same time).

If you have warrants, nothing will happen to you.

The FBI representative on the phone will not send the law to the retailer to arrest you nor will they tell the retailer that you are wanted and to call the police on you.

Just clicked on tesco led tv. Got 22 tv guides, bananas and milk. It is nice to know the mentally subnormal are not being locked away but actually have jobs
