It is indeed a shocking event, but anyone who seeks to use it as a proof of climate change needs to explain how global warming causes earthquakes.

I don't read much about it, but don't remember they claim global warming causes earthquakes

My understanding is they claim global warming causes greater frequency & violence of natural disasters such as hurricanes & tornados, and melting of icecaps which causes sea level rises which could submerge low-lying areas such as Florida (all of it) and Bangladesh

Am I reading the wrong stuff?

I have no sympathy for Trump, of course. He and his business friends have no strategic thinking and will do anything for a fast buck at anyone's expense

Wow a GOLF trophy how manly. Golf is NOT an athletic event nor a sport IMO. It is a skill event that even fat people can compete in successfully as long as they can stumble from hole to hole.

Maybe but then you could argue a number of sports AREN'T real sport either. However, it is EUROPE as a whole not the individual countries playing, all united and in this time of BREXIT it shows that Europe can come together and do something positive.
