I don't know the model, but looks like a George Harrison Marks/Kamera image. The green water-side setting is familiar from him, & then the signature, e.g. compare (signature only, ignore unrelated model below for once!

Could Rafffferty's above 1966 calendar picture be Sue Owen? Here she is from Solo no.49 (date unknown):
  The dates of stuff in her thread range from 1963 (Kamera) to 1968 (Carnival). The main problem is the poor resolution of the pictures.  |
