I'm not sure if Dey Young has done much non-sci-fi TV work, but her sci-fi roles are what brought her to my attention so I hope she is OK to post here.

I found this obscure early 70s movie on Troma y*utube site called "Fore Play". It actually has many famous actors including Jerry Orbach. Weird movie and weirdest bit includes Deb Loomis who plays a Polish robot doll that some loser buys for pleasure. Deb is a true beauty all around. She has an absolutely stunning figure - one of the top I have ever seen in a movie. Outstanding breasts. She must have been a dancer her whole life. Wish the pics were better. Hard to find anything on the web regarding her or the movie. Dark Shadows fans - enjoy as you may remember her.

Aline Towne (1919-1996) played the leading female role in the 1950s Republic Commando Cody Serials: Radar Men from the Moon, Zombies of the Stratosphere, King of the Rocket Men, and Commando Cody: Sky Marshal of the Universe. Strictly speaking, she was born too early for Classic Celebrities, but I'm going to take a chance and post her here anyhow because she was absolutely one of the ladies of science fiction.

Her scenes were unlike the typical 1950s helpless female screamers and fainters. She was pretty unflappable, and got to pilot the rocketship as well as spend some time behind the secretary’s desk. We don’t get to see much of her attractive figure, except in one episode where she takes a fully-clothed dip in the bay, thanks to the bad guys, and is pulled out streaming wet. Aline also played an incredible number of lesser parts in various TV series such as Marcus Welby MD, The Donna Reed Show, Wagon Train, Leave it to Beaver, Sea Hunt, the Lone Ranger, and Lassie.

There are some pretty decent Commando Cody episodes available for free viewing on YouTube, including a hilarious voiceover spoof at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cu21TiPWtDA.
