I think it was Ian Wright who made the point about Arsène Wenger, that he has no other interests in life outside football; unlike say Fergie and his racehorses and other who have collected Art etc. As a result he would have nothing to occupy his time if he leaves management.

Babysitting? He's been treating his players like toddlers since the beginning.

Unfortunately the three in charge are killing the club. A no show in Swansea today and when you sell players and do not bring in replacements, we could have done with Fonte today, injuries will leave you short of experience.
Next week's march is apparently cancelled after the real WHU group's meeting with Lady Brady which was basically lets kiss Karen's arse, looking at the questions that were asked. This has now led to the rumour mill going hamster mad as its been suggested that the OS be sold, will we buy it or will someone else come along and leave us homeless. They have found a buyer for the club or further investors to join the board. |

Hindesight is a wonderful thing
One wonders where stories like this came from Exclusive: West Ham set for £1billion income as Olympic Stadium move begins to pay off BOOMING West Ham are on course for a gold rush that is set to be worth at least £1billion. By COLIN MAFHAM PUBLISHED: 09:30, Sun, Mar 27, 2016 The £200million a season they expect to make after moving into the Olympic Stadium next season will buy them a seat alongside the biggest and richest clubs in the world. And barring unforeseen disasters - and bumper transfer payouts - they are likely to have that £1billion to play with by 2021. https://www.express.co.uk/sport/foot...rady-LLDC-News |

I still don't trust them and given the future vision statement recently vanished from the clubs website convinces me they will always tell you what you want to hear but will rarely deliver.

Goodbye top 4
13 points behind 4th with 9 games to play
Brighton 2 beat Arsenal 1 for the first time since 1982 to increase the pressure on Gunners boss Arsene Wenger. http://www.bbc.com/sport/football/43186393 |

Gary - 3-Clubs-3-Years - Monk
~ rocks into St Andrews, with an entire backroom, from Sports Analysts to GK coaches. 1st and 2nd coaches/Asst managers. Physios and such like They paid off Cotterill and his complete backroom staff.... and didn't spend a penny on a player in January for fear of encroaching FFP. I did send Dong an email telling him to do what other clubs did. Pay off Cotterill buy a decent manager, and do it before FFP and player embargo hits. The dosh will be included in our current overdraft on common sense. I fear he may have read my email And gone a bit too far. Cotterill was on a 3 and a half year contract...not your standard one-year roll-overs that we have in the Championship. There's also points deductions.... think I'll scrap that email address |
