When I watched Breaking Bad during its run, I thought the one who played the now-famed villain's wife (her name being Skyler) was a delight. I thought I'd take a look at the pilot episode after so many years, and was reminded of what a lovely and talented actress Anna Gunn is.



I have now learned that the actress encountered a campaign of hatred against the character she played, which appears to have actually spilled over (at times) to a personal dislike of her. (People can be such nitwits.) She even composed an Op-Ed for The New York Times. "...As a human being, I'm concerned that so many people react to Skyler with such venom. Could it be that they can't stand a woman who won't suffer silently or 'stand by her man'? That they despise her because she won't back down or give up? Or because she is, in fact, Walter's equal?"



There was an episode where Anna was doing something with her legs, maybe shaving them, and one could tell the producers deliberately showcased her sex appeal. (Too bad I can't provide those appealing views, as they could have come from any episode.) In this pilot episode, I was glad to see her sexiness was somewhat accentuated, at least in terms of showing off her marvelous cleavage. (See beginning shot above.) The show began in 2008 when the actress was forty, and lasted until 2013.




On her IMDb page was a trailer for her most recent film from last year, a thriller called The Apology. The following screencaps were taken from it. Anna was fifty-three or fifty-four.




When I came by after learning Anna had a VEF thread, I was happy to learn Ms. Gunn once briefly consented to reveal what was underneath, thanks to the thread-starter, Member "Dxmikey," who put up (back in 2011) an image taken from the "Mr. Skin." site. I have never heard of the film, Nobody's Baby (2001), but its description sounds quirky and interesting.







I wanted to see more of Anna in a revealed state, leading to getting my hands on the film, and discovered her nudity only lasted a couple of seconds, unfortunately. On the other hand, her character seems to have been a kind of sexpot, and her lovely anatomy was on view in other ways. She was thirty-two to thirty-three at the time of the filming.






There was another actress in the film who let it all hang out, and I couldn't resist putting up a shot of such gloriousness. Her name is Robyn Adamson, and she has been mentioned at least once on the "Classic American Lesser Known Celebrities" thread, compliments of Member "Navvet" in 2018.

After putting up the post you see above, I sure didn't think I'd be back at the Anna Gunn thread so soon. In that post, I wrote, "There was an episode where Anna was doing something with her legs, maybe shaving them, and one could tell the producers deliberately showcased her sex appeal." I may have bumbled into that scene, and wished to make a record of it; if this was the scene that was burned in the memory banks, she was actually applying cream to those extremely glamorous gams. (Look at that highly feminine positioning of the foot.)




While I'm here, might as well throw in several more views. The leggy photo above was from the last episode of the first season, as are the next two below (where she feigns appreciation for a horrible gift for her unborn daughter during a baby shower, while dressed in the sexy duds); the enticing lady sitting in the bathtub is from the following episode in the second season's opener.
