I'm pretty sure most people here won't want to have to download the clip just in order to provide you with an ID.

I'm assuming you've downloaded it yourself, and, if so, it might be a good idea to provide us all with some more (and larger sized) screencaps.

Also, any kind of other information - i.e. a source, provisional title, rough year/decade of production, reason you believe her to be called "Jesse" etc...

I don't know what people here will want to do, I thought some people would like to keep the video, as I do with some other ID requests (even if I can't answer the request).

I think the name is Jesse because the video file is called Jesse. When I have any additional info, I provide it with my requests, I know this is not a contest.

I downloaded the video myself. Happy to provide vidcaps if that facilitates ID. The size of the vidcaps is the movie's, can't make them larger without losing quality:
