The funny thing is they've beaten Man City (1-2 billion invested , 10+ years trying to dominate Europe)to a champions league final just like they got ahead of Man U in 2005/2007
before SAF managed 3 finals in 5 years.

From what i read Liverpool now on par with the
big wage paying teams now so the expectations will be high
but I'd think from previous seasons stay in the top 4 , title within reach and your safe

Why he persists with Moreno I dont know?
Hazard had him on toast and he was only a sub.

I cant see them sacking him unless he turns into Wenger and leads them to 5th/6th

Moreno was only playing because it was a League Cup game. Robertson plays in the important games.

Starting the season ranked #4 in the NCAA Division II coach's poll, the Lady Tritons have worked their way up to #1, as the teams ahead of them have all managed to lose at least one game. More than 100 former players have sent a letter to the Chancellor about the treatment of the former head coach and his assistants. Here is the last paragraphs of Mark Zeigler's article:

For a University that in 2017 was ranked "the 15th best university in the world by the 2017 Academic Ranking of World Universities (ARWU)", and who has pushed to to to Division I in athletics, they have certainly stumbled in how they handled this situation, and how they haven't addressed the concerns of those who care about the athletic program that has by far won the most NCAA championships on campus.

I think it is inevitable that an older Steven Gerrard will come back to Liverpool to manage-it's in his genes and he is a son of Liverpool loved by many. I'd like to see him partner Jurgen Klopp and learn from him. One day it WILL happen. I am a little worried about the game tonight Chelsea need to be attacked from the start and we must hold off Hazard, target or man mark him tightly because give him a chance and he will take it. I'd settle for a draw at least it would keep us top.
