First of all (my advise):
Install all "Security Updates"

Second:
If you are NOT willing to upgrade to Win10 then avoid following updates:

Third:
If your're NOT running "MICROSOFT Silverlight" on your Machine you doesn't need to update it(KB 3193713)

Fourth:
"WINDOWS Malicious Software Removal Tool" isn't really necessary if your're NOT using the "WINDOWS Defender" - this Tool isn't that bad for basics, but if you're updating it through WINDOWS update it wont run itself

Fifth:
Let's have a cup(or some cups more) of your favourite drink - this update-progress will take some time(MICROSOFT)

As you may know you can unmark unneeded updates - but have an eye out for MICROSOFT-tactics of re-appearing
