Are Lancashire going to perform a miracle of biblical proportions tomorrow?

With little to interest me on the hanky-wanky channels yesterday evening, I tuned in to watch the T20 International.
One can argue of the 'hired-gun' attitude of those W. Indies players flown in just for this game but if the powers that be are prepared to pay then why blame the players. Except that the real games played before could have been so different with some of them. As for the game itself England continue to fail. Sometimes it is a fine margin between victory and defeat but you can not let a T20 team like the W. Indies off to a flyer. Ran out of fingers as the boundaries came thick and fast in the power-play. And when it was England's turn, apart from Hales, boundaries were the exception rather than the rule. No one left capable of the last over heroics as in the last time these teams met so the result was hardly in doubt as England lost wickets regularily. I turned over straight after the game so I did not wait for any interviews/excuses. |

Well done Essex far exceeded my dreams as I was expecting a return to Division two. Amazed at how a county of Warwickshire's status have fallen into disarray. |

So who is this Bairstow fella ?
Not seen him much in 50-overs ODI but gets a ton (despite Stokes best efforts to deny him) Must have been a pretty good fella opening for England to keep him out |

Don't usually want Lancashire to win...but it will ease any anxiety.

Well done Matt Fisher and Steve Patterson...I thought it was lost at 96-7, instead Yorks now up to 3rd and surely safe.
By the way, congratulations to Essex...thoroughly deserved winning of the championship. |
