I get the feeling they're going to do to this what they did to the Robo-cop reboot a few years ago-tone it right down so has to give a 12 certificate so that it'll appeal to the 'youth' demographics.

Sorry I'm really not seeing what's so bad about it.
From what I have heard the lead Boyd Holbrook was great in Narcos and solid as the villain in Logan. Sterling K Brown & Michael Keegan are both good.
Munn is probably the weakest link in the cast but I heard she was decent in the cop film she did with Ice Cube. Gald she appears to be in on the action, protecting the kid and not just a useless damsel.
The Predator suits aren't the best we have gotten for sure but are a lot better then the overly bulky suits from the first AVP.
If anyone is puzzled by the kid receiving the Pred tech, his dad the lead mailed it home to avoid turning it over to whatever organization was interogating him according to old plot leaks.

Well,That's My main problem with it right there,The kid..It's like "Steven Spielberg's Predator"..

I think that's what it is with me too. When I saw that I started thinking of another of his films-Super 8.

That is not a bad film, it's just that some critics felt that despite the good story by pushing the kids to the front it became a bit too 'cute' and endearing for some.
