Honourable Mentions - Dianna Van Laar, April Adams and Jenna Jameson but all of these were propper porn stars and therefore (though very pleasing to the eye) do not qualify for the ranking places as they were not pretty in any sort of obtainable way (they never looked like any women that you might actually have met in the real world).

Third - The (Czech?) girl who called herself both Rachel and Patricia (who is filed under modern on this forum as her career spanned the borderline between the two eras).

Second - Stacy Moran. A fine example of where augmentation actually works if it is done tastefully, although she was very pretty before as well.

First - By a very long way, with no need for augmentation, the sexiest and most beautiful woman ever to take her clothes off for a magazine in the history of the world - Poppy Coles. I really wish she'd done a video, not a full porno, but just a standard top shelf magazine style video so we could see her move and talk. Still the pictures more than make up for this.
