Models finally going topless/naked after years of bikini shoots

Was looking at some early Lucy Pinder pics the other day and wondering, did any other models follow her career trajectory? I.e. years of demure bikini and or teasing shoots and then finally, one day, showing the goods? Chanelle Hayes did something similar with tons of cheesecake before going topless... I can remember what it was like when Lucy finally got them out after so long a build up it was an AMAZING shoot (and quite the week for me! ��) I was wondering if there were any other models who'd had a similar career.......like the worlds longest ever striptease! Its the sort of thing that hard to articulate in a search bar...... So I'm hoping you guys can help...... Preferably page 3 era up to present day.....

Maria Whittaker (page 3 girl) took a long time to go completely naked, i.e. full frontal but it was finally realised in Mayfair in 1993 (I saw it and bought it immediately from a kiosk in W.H. Smith) and it was well worth the wait BUT loads of page 3 girls did full frontal and naked stuff for the foreign market but due to contracts it was written that nothing naked could be shown here!!
