Understand in that film of hers she's meant to be diddled by her pa or some such nicety , but that you never actually see above the mans waist ?.

I'd say that's because they must have just used half a mannequin , as no live actor would be professional enough to have stopped himself vomiting or at the very least dry heaving if in a sex scene with that

No they're just blessed with good genes , and pretty rotten personalities which also tend to show through in the face i find .
