Grossly over-rated Gin

I just don't get what people see in it. It's everywhere lately - shelves full of different brands, flavours, and some are dearer than champagne.

Give me a pint of Carlsberg, Glass of Scotch whiskey or Bourbon on the rocks any day.

What a load of shite.
The kung fu sequences with burt kwok look like they been shoe horned in.
Kung fu movies would have been the only type of movie making any money back then in the 70s

HMS Belfast escorted several convoys to Murmansk in WW2. At the end of one trip the Russians made a gift of Caviar to the ships company.

The Officers being decent sorts sent several jars down to the Sailor's Mess Decks for Jack to eat with their supper. The result was someone stating the 'That fucking Russian jam tastes of fish.'

For the American readers, Jam is what you call jelly.

Personally I think oysters are greatly overated. I had a dozen one night but only ten worked!
