Today's drink comes from Germany: Weltenburger Kloster Urtyp Hell: Pours a pale gold color with a inch of white head which clears quickly but leaves behind of bunch of small bubbles that persist on the top. Alcohol content 4.9%. Tastes of sweet malts, and lemon. Little or no hop bitterness. Just good overall.

Today's drink comes from Austria: Stiegel Goldbrauer Premium Lager. Pours a clear pale gold color with a good size head that dissipates quickly. Alcohol content 4.9%. A very fine lager with the malt and hops perfectly balanced. A creamy feel as it goes down. Just good overall.

Today's drink comes from Germany - Plank Brauerei Bavarian Heller Doppelbock. Pours a medium brown color with a small light brown head that rapidly disappears. Alcohol content 7.8%. Tastes of sweet malts, caramel, raisins, and dates. No hop bitterness. No special attributes. Just good overall.

Councils don't do water since 1973 - that would be the privatised water company who are probably owned by the French.
