comedy in porn

Personally I think some porn takes itself too seriously, I like to see a bit of humour in a film. Things like "Pretty Peaches" and "Debbie does Dallas" come to mind. What in your opinion are some of the classic comedy porn films.

The funniest scene I have ever seen came in a film set in a haunted house with two porn stars Jonathan Morgan and Steven St.Croix in a kind of Abbot & Costello double act-considering what they do normally this was an eye-opener and they could be a comedy duo easily enough-however one moved behind the camera(JM) and the other moved into B movie sex films (S.St Croix). I am not a big porn fan, but I happened across some of their scenes and thought they were really good.

I dunno. I first started watching porn in the late 80s in the USA, and virtually every single film I saw was trying to be funny.

Then I rented Taboo IV, and while I don't personally have an incest fetish I found the "seriousness" of the film quite arousing. Even hearing the music from the film can give me pangs of eros.

I say we should have porn films in every category: comedy, science fiction, action, drama, whatever.

A kung fu porn western is my idea of ART.

The two funniest scenes I think I've ever seen in porn are the scene in Debbie does Dallas where Mr Greenfeldt wants to feel Debbie's tits, and the tennis scene in Finishing School, where, after the match the girl watching the match, who's never met Joey Silvera before, asks him: "You wanna fuck?

to be honest i think most porn turns into a comedy when they try and add script or plot to it... some of them have me laughing so hard i can't even think about getting aroused by the porn itself lol

I agree that nowadays porn is too serious. But I guess that the hardest the content is the hardest it is to be funny. That's why I prefer the porn of the 90s. I like to see some humour.
I remember a scene with Kyle Stone trying to blow up a plastic doll while watching porn scenes. At the end he is jumping up and down on the couch with the doll, falling gnall over the place, trying to make something with it. It is a true great slapstik scene.

To those who understand French one of the funniest movie I ever saw is Sottopaf et Saccapine. This is a very funny movie all along and the comedy does not impaired the sex scenes who are great.

I agree a lot of times the comedy is unintentional from the vintage era. Though it can be quite funny when Bambi or Katie Gold play innocent. I really don't believe they could pull it off nowadays.
