Barbara Nichols ( December 30, 1929 – October 5, 1976 )
http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0629539/     Barbara Nichols was born as Barbara Marie Nickerauer in Queens, New York. She began modeling for pinup magazines in the early-1950s and worked as burlesque stripper. Then she moved to Hollywood and play brassy comic roles in a number of films in 50s and 60s.        Was a popular model in cheesecake magazines and was considered a minor rival to Monroe along with Jayne Mansfield , Mamie Van Doren , Cleo Moore , Diana Dors and Sheree North . She had a liver aliment, not related to drinking.
Hopefully no dupes, I downloaded a few last night, then went looking for more...I have that problem sometimes...having newly downloaded one's mix in! If I had the money, I'd buy the first season of the Untouchables, because in the pilot show, you see her in the background with the pasties on, which when I first saw the show on Tv 20+ years ago, caused me to about have a heart attack! Did NOT expect that on a U.S. TV show from the late 50s! I'd love to see it again, to see how out of focus it was....a few photos from that show, are shown below. Oh, that color photo, not convinced that is her...anyone say it is her for sure???

Man, no matter how many hints this poor boy makes about the scene from the Untouchables, none of you rich millionaires bought it, instead you make me get it..well, at least I found it in a bargain bin!
From what I have been able to find out, the pilot was a Desilu(Desi Arnaz) Playhouse movie, that also had a theatrical run in 1959....that's how they describe the version on the disc, and I guess this is why you see Barbara in pasties...but it sure doesn't explain how that could have happened in a U.S. film in 1959!!! Can anyone recall ANY American movie showing this much flesh, late 50's/early 60's??? Well, glad they did somehow, for this tv show/film. When I get a chance, I will someday take this clip I made and put it on a disc, then play that disc and zoom in for a recording...Zooming in really makes it great!
