It's coming.
The Nordic telemark revolution is coming. Yes indeed. It's coming. Catch the wave. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DtWYQD_uAbo 1 of the 3 biggest mistakes of the 20th century. Agreed. |

Is there a water skiing thread? I'd like some advice on where to find some downhill water.

The 1983-1984 K2 5500 Unlimited is a terrific mid-level + all-mountain ski. It is more than enough ski for the recreational expert. Nelson Carmichael, the best mogul skier ever, would have won the 1997 pro-mogul championship skiing the 5500 Unlimited. It is my prototype.
It will not damage your knees because it is light enough and turns easily enough. It does not turn so easily that it turns itself. The paradigm: |

This is skiing:https://www.google.com/#q=%22husted+ryman+on+vimeo%22
Straight skis. Tucking the knee. Weighting and unweighting in rhythm. I think that Jens and Chris are skiing K2 5500 Unlimiteds? Newfangled shaped-skis are an embarrassment. It is impossible to ski correctly with them. |

"High in the mountains of Vermont, there is a ski area like no other. A place where skiing is still a sport, not an industry." "The Single Chair limits uphill capacity thus guaranteeing low skier density on the trails even on the busiest days. Mad River Glen is one of the last bastions of natural snow skiing in New England and is one of only three areas in North America that prohibit snowboarding." Get ready for the return of the single chair. The megapack chairlifts have turned skiing into NYC rush hour. Will Mad River Glen be the first to ban helmets? Don't be left behind. Catch the wave. You'll be sittin' on top of the world. |

Pugski should not have moved your "K2 5500 Unlimited" thread from the General Skiing forum to the Gear Heritage, Museum, Retro and "All Things..." forum. Your thread talks about how the K2 5500 Unlimited ski is a prototype for future skis because of its superior design. Your thread is about the future, not the past.
Pugski made a very serious error in judgement. http://forum.pugski.com/members/ |
