I think that is Phoebe,The picture has probably been "Enhanced",Both women look a bit airbrushed..

All my searches were a dead end i'm sure the girls were just bikini models used for the poster!

I agree about the nose common. Doesn't look like Pheobe to me.

I think it's Blair Tefkin, who was in the movie.
No thread for her here, but she's in the middle of this picture. Right behind Marc's head.

The nose matches. Maybe the chin.
The hair doesn't match, but it does look like she's wearing a wig in the poster.

Also found this in Google images.
Blair looks a bit like Pheobe here. Pretty good match for the brunette in the poster.

No way on earth that is Phoebe Cates. The second pic posted by Rubinski above is much closer, but it's still hard to tell.
