Here is a layout from "Gent" (unfortunately I can't tell which issue, must have been the late 90ies) where they used pics from the same photo session.
Pardon me for the quality of the scans - I did them more than a decade ago when I was technically quite unexperienced.

Here they call the girl Kathy - hope it helps ...

The mag has been posted here, but that information does not help much, especially since ImageBam has apparently lost all the full-sized images and one thumbnail.

It also links to an earlier query for the above model, although the link is now broken, presumably because it's been merged into one of the boxes. Note to selves: if storing MIR links remember that there's often a lot of thread merges happening, so better there to store post ids than thread ids.

Hmm, not so difficult to find after all.
