Patti Petite has a thread here. Same spelling chosen as iafd with akas.
I don't really know of her so am not saying yea/nay to above id suggestion, just showing link for comparison.

The MG does seem familiar, but I don't have an ID for her.

I looked at the Patti Petite thread and it seems like the noses don't match.
Wasn't a good look in at the underside of her nose in the original request photos, but I found one scan from the mag that shows MG's nose in profile.

On the MG, her columella seems to be quite a bit lower than the alar.
Patti's nose seems level underneath.
