True lesbianism is a woman who looks more like a man, with a very short hairstyle who usually is attracted to another with either short or likely as not longer hair(because they just cannot bring themselves to cut it) In truth most lesbians aren't exactly lookers and more butch old-style 70s Russian/German hammer-thrower types and I doubt you would want to look at them doing the above.

Fact of the matter is because you see two women in amazing surroundings, wearing hot lingerie or something sexy it creates the impression that this is what it is like in reality, well it's not and you'd have to be pretty naive to think that it is. Same I would suggest for blokes. They aren't muscle-bound, like Adonises and pretty. In reality gay men can have beards, piercings, tattoos and a feminine-like voice almost John Inman like(now he was camp in the television series) I think television and magazines perpetrate a falseness about sex, whatever gender it is but hey you got to sell your magazines so lets have two gorgeous models simulating it(although I suspect it might have happened after the photoshoot) and to heck with stereotypes. Models pretending is one thing, real life is another. Personally I would watch two 'hot chicks' in a video but real life sex-no not for me. I have nothing against gay people at all, it is now part of our society but I don't have to like it and certainly wouldn't watch it. There are some exceptions when you see an actress 'come out' but next time look at her intended and you will see a reality you don't get in Pl*yb*y or P*House.

A Lesbian is a merely woman who is sexually attracted to other women,They are just the same as straight women.They may have long hair They may not ,They may be attractive,They may not be,It has to be said that Your view of Lesbians is a little stereotyped.

It is what is shown on television, the same also goes for depiction of Jewish people-it is always the father a rabbi, part of the Orthodox brigade with the wide-brim hats and ringlets-that is not all about Jewish society and neither is what is shown about gay and lesbian it is what I see but as I said I am not against people like that. I once worked in a group of people with a gay chap, very nice lad, long fingers I seem to recall, but we didn't know he was gay of course but he didn't conform to what some people think a gay man(or woman) should be like(limp-wristed, Dick Emery type (Oh hello honky-tonk!) wearing bright clothes) - and they get that from televisual stereotypes.

In all honesty I can't comprehend how anyone can be attracted to the same sex but I realize we're not all wired the same way. It's no skin off my nose who does what to who as long as it's consensual so live and let live.

I saw my son disappearing up the stairs with a fellow female student a couple of years back - she had long hair and was quite cute. If I'd been younger I'd have fought him for her .

Anyway, next day he tells me she was a lesbian but he reckoned he'd cured her!

I've known gays that have been a right laugh and 'life and soul of the party' types. I think that gays, just like women, like to be the centre of attention. I've also seen some quite bitchy nasty gays whose attitude has been 'it's all about me all of the time' and will turn quite waspish and nasty if they don't get their way or feel offended. Some gays 'look' gay from their dress and mannerisms and you can tell at a glance while others not so much.
The gays I really can't stand are the ones that think any man is fair game and 'come on' to you even if you're straight and even after you've made it known that you're straight. That's just downright wrong IMO.

As an edit: I've also seen lesbians that look feminine and lesbians that look (or attempt to look) like men with short hair while wearing boots and chequered shirts etc. I've worked with a few as well in the post office.
In the early 1980s, my girlfriend at the time pointed out this girl to me that had been in her class at school and told me she was definitely a lesbian. This girl was 'masculine' even as a child and played with toy soldiers while her classmates played with dolls. As an adult, she looked (and dressed) exactly like a man with breasts and obviously felt like a male 'trapped' inside a female body. Sadly, she ended up committing suicide.

I don't think about it unless someone asks me like this thread. This might sum up my thoughts, though.

I am a "collector" of Erotica. For example I want to have in my collection all films by a particular person. If she is in some girl/girl scene in a film where she is also in boy/girl (in various ways, bbgg bbg ggb orgy, etc) I'll get that one before a completely all girl film. I'll still get them though but not urgently. If (as a couple of my favourite stars have) there is a boy/boy/girl scene involving some gay action, I'll get it but probably not watch it more than once.
