So of course, I reject the accusations until the British get credible. If that happens, then we can look. Until then, I see nothing wrong agreeing with the Russian FO's rejection. But I don't automatically adopt the Russian line because it's Russian
While I would agree that it's impossible for the Russians to prove a negative, you "agreeing" with them is a tad naive. You don't know one way or the other because you think there is no evidence. And consider the subject...

Now, what evidence do you want the Brits to produce? What will be sufficient for you to believe them. The chemical agent was analysed and positively identified. Are you saying they're lying? The agent is so specific that its origin can be easily inferred. The agent is so complex that either Russian security arrangements for their stocks are criminally lax or Russian government complicity was involved. As to the target, who would have the motive. It comes down to means, motive and opportunity. Please explain why you don't accept that evidence as being credible and what you, an ordinary citizen expect national security agencies to provide you as proof. Not that they care whether we are convinced or not.

But it was the 53rd Anti-Aircraft Rocket Brigade which fired the missile; violating Ukrainian soil and Ukrainian air space in a conflict in which the Russian Federation claimed to be playing no part.
The airspace between 8000 and 10000 meters over the combat region was practically closed at this time. Ukrainian aviation authorities issued two corresponding NOTAMs on July 14, 2014, exactly three days before MH17. The reason was the downing of several Ukrainian military aircraft, including an AN-26 at an altitude of 6.500 meters, which provided certainty that larger weapons such as BUKs were involved. Korean Airways, Quantas, Air France, British Airways and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines relocated their flight routes out of the danger zone as a result of these NOTAMs since the maximum service ceiling of a BUK missiile of the type used at this time is about 14.000 meters. There were a number of information request on this subject by certain members of our Bundestag.

Of course, no questions were ask by the investigating commissionin in this regard, and any original mentions of these NOTAMs were removed from the final report. And the world is still waiting for conclusive satellite images from the US.

Frankly, I am not interested anymore in some questionable findings by questionable investigations that are obviously charcterized by several special interests, involve tons of censorship and trust the cat to keep the cream.

Does Trump know that the Montenegro that he might not support, has a sizable percentage of it's tiny armed forces in Afghanistan right now serving on behalf of the United States under NATO's Article 5, invoked before Montenegro even became a member? There's gratitude for you!
Trump may not have known about Montenegro or even met one but Putin definitely has.

The 'aggressive' label and WW3 statement most likely came directly from his meeting with Putin. If it didn't why did he not make these concerns clear at the NATO Meeting.

Default White House insists Trump believes Russia still a threat

The White House has insisted it believes Russia still poses a threat to the US amid confusion over comments made by President Donald Trump.

Mr Trump appeared to disagree with US intelligence when he responded "no" to a question about whether Russia was still targeting American elections.

Later, White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders said Mr Trump was saying "no" to answering more questions.

It comes amid a flurry of criticism over his recent comments about Russia.

"The president and his administration are working very hard to make sure that Russia is unable to meddle in our elections as they have done in the past," Mrs Sanders said at a news briefing on Wednesday.

Hours earlier, ABC News reporter Cecilia Vega asked the president whether Russia would still target American elections.

After he shook his head and replied, "Thank you very much, no", she again asked: "No? You don't believe that to be the case?"

He appeared to respond again: "No".

But Mrs Sanders rejected that interpretation later in a news briefing, telling reporters the White House was taking action to prevent any future meddling.

Don't forget about the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership which David Cameron was negotiating us into along with all the other EU rentboys until the referendum turned bad on him. That was what Mr Obama was referencing when he told us we would be "back of the line" for any trade deal with the USA as a non-EU country. TTIP was such an attractive proposition that the EU tried to keep secret the existence of the negotiations; they were going to just present it to us as a done deal. Monsanto would have been able to sue us for banning genetically modified crops. We would have been eating chlorinated chicken and bans on various pesticides implicated in the falling bee population (amongst other environment damage) would have been overturned as part of America's wish list.

I would leave the EU just to be able to flick the vees at America over genetically modified crops and endocrine-disrupting chemical pesticides. Staying in the EU will sooner or later means taking it up the arse for American politicians and Monsanto etc. via the TTIP.

Default Netanyahu claims that they may call him Putin's puppet but he he pulls the strings

Netanyahu Brags He Convinced Trump to Scrap Iran Deal

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was caught bragging at a dinner party about convincing US President Donald Trump to decline to recertify the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), or Iran nuclear deal. The explicit remarks confirm suspicions of many close observers.

The video, filmed in early July but only aired by Israeli public broadcaster Kan on Tuesday, shows Netanyahu speaking to senior members of his Likud party and some prominent activists.

"We convinced the US president [to leave the deal], and I had to stand up against the whole world and come out against this agreement," the prime minister says.

He and a guest then go on to chatter about the "disappearance" of the Iranian government. "From your mouth to God," Netanyahu appeals.

The revelation of Israel's role in the US reneging on the deal comes as no surprise to many. On April 30, just over one week before Trump's decision deadline, Netanyahu gave a high-profile presentation, with props and a backdrop of Powerpoint slides to boot, claiming to have evidence of Iran's secret development of a nuclear bomb in violation of the JCPOA. "Tonight I am here to tell you one thing: Iran lied. Big time," he said.

Later that day, US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo issued a statement declaring that Iran "lied about their program to the six nations who negotiated the Iran nuclear deal."
"The documents obtained by Israel from inside of Iran show beyond any doubt that the Iranian regime was not telling the truth. I have personally reviewed many of the Iranian files," Pompeo wrote.

Netanyahu Seeks to Prod Trump to Withdraw From Iran Nuclear Deal – Reports
"It's proven right what Israel has done today with the news conference. And Prime Minister Netanyahu just gave a very — I don't know if everybody has seen it, but I got to see a little bit of it. And that is just not an acceptable situation," Trump said later during the day at a press conference in front of the White House. "And I've been saying that's happening."
In a Fox Business segment entitled "Did Israel's Netanyahu convince Trump to exit Iran deal?" also from April 30, host Lisa Kennedy Montgomery declared that while Netanyahu's presentation was done in Israel, "if you read between the lines, it was aimed squarely at the White House."

"Today, we have definitive proof that this Iranian promise was a lie," Trump said on May 8 as he announced his cancellation of the agreement. "Last week, Israel published intelligence documents long concealed by Iran, conclusively showing the Iranian regime and its history of pursuing nuclear weapons.

Within an hour of Trump's announcement, Israel began conducting a heightened level of airstrikes on Syria, claiming to be hitting Iranian targets.

Almost exactly one month later, Netanyahu gave a speech at a London think tank declaring both the Iran deal to be dead and Syrian President Bashar al Assad "no longer immune" from "retaliation."
