Here is 'Little Nell' Campbell in a topless scene extracted from a late-1980s TX on C4 of the 1975 movie 'Lisztomania'. Ringo Starr plays the part of The Pope here of course; this film was over the top even by Ken Russell's standards.

Here are two clips of Nell Campbell's top slipping down whilst she is performing 'Do the Swim'. The first is the scene in full as it was originally performed in both broadcast and non-broadcast form. This was TX'd on 'The London Weekend Show' in 1975. The 2nd clip shows the same scene as it was subsequently broadcast on the out-takes TV series "It'll be Alright on the Night" in 1977.
