"Eagles Live" is always a favorite of mine, released in 1980 if I remember correctly. I always enjoyed their live performances

Default my top 3

.Live in Berlin captures rammstein performing material from the early albums and Volkerball is more up to date material.the Big Country concert includes an acoustic set before the electric guitars come out,so best of both worlds,as they are brilliant playing either

Good call. Came here to mention two albums and that being one of them. The other one is King Crimson "USA"

Two my favorites: As I've mentioned before, Blue Oyster Cult's "Some Enchanted Evening," a short (only 37 minutes with 7 songs) but blistering disc with knock-out versions of "E.T.I.," "Astronomy," "(Don't Fear) The Reaper," and "Godzilla."

And Queen's "Live Killers." Recorded on the Jazz tour in 1978-79, the band was at the height of their powers. Cuts include "Don't Stop Me Now," "You're My Best Friend," "Now I'm Here," "Brighton Rock" and of course, "Bohemian Rhapsody."

Live Peace in toronto -Plastic Ono Band
Humble Pie live at the Fillmore
Wheels of Fire-Cream also at the Fillmore
Rolling Stones in Hyde Park -off key but definitely the best Rock and Roll band in the world on the day .
Otis Redding Monterey Pop Concert
Lou Reed -Rock and Roll animal
and too many Dylan bootlegs to mention
Showing my age perhaps but it was the best of times.....

I saw a lot of great bands live in the 80`s, like Pink Floyd, Deep Purple, Queen, Jethro Tull two times, Saga, Supertramp and, and, and....and I saw in small halls in Germany Mothers Finest two times. A real great live act and for me the best livealbum ever

I remember owning BOC's "On Your Feet Or On Your Knees" album and that too was a pretty solid live album. I think also it was a double LP.

Little Feat

Waiting For Columbus

This was the first album I had ever heard by Little Feat and it quickly turned me into a Feat fanatic. They remain, to this day, one of my top ten favorite bands. Every song on the two LP album is outstanding. A great sampling of the bands catalog and accomponied by the Tower of Power on many of the tracks, this is just a fantastic record by a very underrated band. A few samples of what I'm talking about below.

Fat Man In The Bathtub

Time Loves A Hero

Willin'

Oh Atlanta

Dixie Chicken

Neil Young - Time Fades Away

Neil rips his heart out, suicide right on the stage. It's a crime he's never gone back through the tapes and made a revised release from this tour.
