I doubt it very much.

The people at Private at that time (had they relocated to Spain by then?) - Miltons Senior and Junior - were never great respecters of copyrighted content and Milton Snr was especially fond of including absurd - and unintentionally hilarious - pages of "Private Art" in his magazines.

This one is particularly cack-handed and desultory.
