I am from the uk and remember my dad had quite a few magazines that have the penetration shots covered by circles, stars and squares. Were these just exclusive to the uk and are there any scans or physical mags still around? In would like to see some just for nostalgia purposes and to possibly see if I recognise any of the mags

I recall these too. I bought one copy - it may have been Lovebirds - where I discovered the "circles" were simply stickers, and could be peeled off ! However what was underneath wasn't any harder than anything else. The tip of the cock was *almost* touching the cunt, etc.

Yes, i remember this too. In a sex shop the mags that were visible all had stickers or stars over the actual 'contact' point, whether it was cock-cunt, or lip-cock. Sometimes like you say this was only a sticker and could be peeled, but the mags were sealed in cellophane so you couldn't check until you bought. But some were printed black or orange blobs over the penetration. God, the disappointment when I'd get home and crouch over the mag ready for action only to find it wasn't a peelable sticker and i'd have to imagine what was beneath! (Didn't stop me having a good old bash, of course.)
