Those clips are from Playboy's Playmates: The Early Years.

Now Hefner had played the grotto footage of Patti from that era in it's entirety in the early days of Playboy Channel and with the exception of those precious clips, they haven't been seen since. SOMEONE has to have the rest of this.

On the one hand: Yup, it sure looks like here; on the other hand: there's no other photos out there of her in a pose remotely like this or anything else connected with this shot. It's rare to see a one off picture of Patti; usually they come in sets

It looks like the photo was done for an ad, not for Playboy directly and generally they don't keep outtakes, the photographer might. So if you can find the photographer, you can find more shots from that session.
