IMHO this is Paulita Ferrari.

Comparison of photo's from the "mystery" set, with images in the P'boy set seems definitive to me.

It's a pity the playboy pics. seem to have had their spots removed--that is, assuming mystery is PF. The noses, hair, eyes, lips, chin seem pretty close. /shrug/

This shows spots on top of PF's left shoulder, on her chest, & her back. Annoying camera "drift"/wobble

& poor resolution means it's difficult to be sure but I think there's a faint glimpse of a spot on her left upper arm at 0.55 time--i.e. matching mystery. Certainly there is a spot by her left wrist (@0.30).
