It's just too simple to ask for the best country for porn. Each country has at one time or another produced some good porn and at the same time produced some really dire porn.

I suppose the HC from most countries is interesting, when the porn begins to develop, i.e. the US and the U.K. from 1970-76, France and Germany 1975-80,
Italy in the beginning of the 80s, Greece and also Brasilia 1983-86 and so on. Interestingly, Danmark and also Sweden had many nice movies in the 70s but in the 80s and 90s - zero result. However, since 1999 they had several nice movies (i.e. the Ridskolan series) and not only the duplicated mainstream US and Western Europe stuff.
And now, since 2000 or so, the Russian "art" is nice to see and nice to have. All they confirmed to have - at least at there beginnings - a special approach based upon the specific phantasies of the guys in these countries. When you try an "overall" generalized approach (like Private or many U.S. studios today) it will be very difficult to get something strong.
