Pandemic food
What are you eating while in isolation or lockdown
(besides you hoarders living on toilet rolls...) Share the foods (and drinks) that give you comfort - or share your lockdown recipes... ________________________________________________________ My best ever Sos & Mash :- Peel, boil , drain potatoes. Grill or fry sausages Poach an egg Mash potato with a knob of butter/marg & 2 desert spoons milk Cut cooked sausage into chunks roughly mix cut sausage into mash with 2 big spoons of dark pickle (Branston or similar) Put in a bowl to serve Add soft poached egg to top Salt & pepper Pour a brew, & enjoy - it's lovely

Rice and Dal (red lentils)... hard boiled eggs, halved.
Got me through Uni... cheapest bloomin food on our planet If it gets boring, do side plates of cucumber/onion/olive oil or vinegar/fresh tomatos/ boiled spuds etc..... Use Cumin etc with the Dal for variety One-Shop and you've got a month of supplies Take Care and KRO |

Anything I can get my hands on!
Seriously, though, I've found myself eating more salad than I normally would do (with the exception of cucumber, which I find revolting). The main reason is that there is a lot of it about. I'm thinking of having a jacket spud with grated cheese and baked beans for tea tonight.

That's OK as long as you eat an equal amount as a ratio of everything not salad
