What annoys you the most ?
The news they`re going to make a film of The Joker
With Jared Leto Yeah so , should I get excited Look believe me I've struggled through Suicide Squad three times. Twice the extended edition. Kept as open minded as a prejudiced bugger like me can Only sometimes facts are facts. That being , this joker , isn't any Joker Ledger was the Joker. So he`s the benchmark. Alright. We know the benchmark and seen the shambles of a pretender. Time for somebody personality rich and deserving of the chance to make his own manic mirth mark I say Although if he isn't Then count me in as having already counted myself out on rushing to watch any Jared Joker - Robbie Harley Quinn combo movie nonsense

WARNING FELLOW FORUM FELLAS , WARNING !!!
Only just stumbled across this . How you shouldn't drink from bottles that have the resin identification code 1 As those bottles were made with polyethylene terephthalate. Which (They say) leaches into the water in the form of antimony (Can cause headaches, kidney , liver damage etc) and brominate (Can cause psychotic symptoms and paranoia). Geeez well I`m bleeding paranoid now alright Only switched to bottled when found out (By accident) that the pipes in this area are all lead ones from a couple hundred plus years ago. Yeah brilliant. Very safe. No wonder Anglia (Bastard rip off) water are always out and about repairing leaks. Repairing with a little bit of copper, while leaving the rest of the unhealthy piping underground to continue crumbling. Hell yes I complained. Do you know what I was told. "Run your cold tap for twenty minutes on full every morning " Charming, notice they don't mention that in their glossy self aggrandising leaflets So I can't drink the tap water and what now can't drink the bottled Don't even get me started on what Code 2 bottles contain and signify. Just had some now. Maybe it`s the paranoia talking but It tasted chemically and thick I've six cases of the stuff but now feel unnerved drinking any. Can't waste it though. Am going to see if there are filters able to clean lead and such like out of water. I`m sure there are. Must be At the rate this dopey country is going we`ll have to revert to drinking beer and mead again like they did in the middle ages for fear of the water Which granted doesn't sound too bad , butt still

I just looked up some articles about plastic bottles made with this polyethylene
terephthalate and the consensus among the researchers is that the amount of Antimony and Bromide that is left in the water is only about 6 parts per billion, which is well below the minimum toxic level, so I think it is safe to drink water from these plastic bottles. I drink all my water in plastic bottles made from number 1 and number 2 resin. |

Regardless of how many purification processes the water goes through before it is bottled and reaches consumers I still would not drink that stuff on a bet! It would not also surprise me if that stuff came right out of a tap and companies are passing it off as "mountain spring" water at huge profits! As P.T. Barnum said "there's a sucker born every minute".

As far as third world countries go, I would certainly not consider drinking it and should you ever visit Egypt, you expect to run into trouble with fruit and vegetables washed in local water. This is probably not just an issue there. |
