Forums Sticking

I need help removing a forum from my new threads lists that has been there for awhile. The forum is "Music stars - born before 1976".

Everytime I goto the forum, it won't leave my list like the others do. Could you please tell me why does that happen. Is it something I'm doing wrong? Thanks!

have you tried hitting 'unsubscribe'..??

This is the "phantom post" phenomenon, where the most recent post has been deleted but still appears as the latest reply in your subs. It will go away if someone posts something newer or a mod "erases" it permanently. Or as pharoahegypt sez, you can unsubscribe until it's fixed.

I did unsuscribe from the forum and it went away finally. i checked and it started doing that on April 10th.

Yes, that's been annoying me for ages. The trouble is that when you subscribe again, the bugger reappears.

I'm wonder why the mods and administration can't do anything about it on their side.

If it is a problem with a phantom post in a thread, we cannot fix it unless we have a link to the actual thread.
