got fired from work basically; realized after two months they are/were still the pricks and I did nothing wrong...time to move on; most bills paid, wife and kids fine...Good-bye To All That as one tommy said to a disastrous time....

For me, it's the simple things in life that make all the difference

Today...

(1) I got to take our new family dog out for a walk

(2) I was able to reconnect with a girl (now a beautiful single woman

) I've known since First Grade and had a great online chat with her

(3) Got to go to my favorite beach and watch a beautiful sunset (photo below)

1. Just began speaking about some awful things that happened to me in my life.
2. Am getting help for my anger about those things and about people who have hurt the
ones I love.
3. I've got an amazing, supportive wife who even understands some of the anger
involves her.

1. Ran for a bus today - two months after heart surgery - and only realised significance of that much later.

2. Got car insurance sorted - £80 less than renewal quote with roadside assistance thrown in.

3. Big Chinese for dinner.
