The Girls of the old spick and span

I've just sold my entire collection of 150 Spick, Span, Beautiful Britons and Extras via the interweb. A few sold for as little as a fiver whilst some of the more rare copies sold for 20 quid plus. The Extras went for daft money, some reaching up to 40 quid. What I made has paid for a bathroom refurbishment so no complaints.

Thanks for that They're all so random though + there's no way of telling who's in any particular issue. As I'm sure we're all aware, just because a particular girl on the cover didn't always mean she was in it.

I'm certain there's more than enough material on this thread to entertain me. I'm happy to search through all the posts to find my favourite girls. Its lovely to read the comments too. As well as being free

I can't remember if it was S+S or BB but I know my Dad had the last ever copy. There was an abrupt goodbye on the back cover. I think "Wanda Liddel" was the cover model. I wonder what that would fetch now?

You could also try e@ay UK. People frequently sell ToCo publications there. Though as pointed out by Knick, sometimes the prices there are way over the top! Makes me wish I sill had all my old copies!!! :-(

Thanks Oz, I noticed a few on there a while ago.

I'm loving collecting these on my computer now tho. Cheaper + easier to store. Sacrilege that they're digital maybe, but its just lovely to see them again. I guess I didn't know what had back then until it was gone. Now, literally the day after I thought it was all gone, its back + better than ever

I remember about 50 years ago when we were flitting, I jettisoned all my 78 (rpm) records, including Elvis and Jailhouse Rock, thinking they were valueless and would get smashed anyway! Oh dear!

when I was working as a contract electrician ,we would quite often find stashes of
pinup mags in lofts,we were rewiring .we looked at them and discarded them ,how stupid ,must be worth a few bob now.
