Anyway, why would they not show the planting of the flag, if they can use it to debunk the "look, the moon-landing wasn't real, it was filmed on earth, the flag is blowing in the wind" theory?

The whole moon thing was a race between us and the USSR. We won. Not showing the flag being planted is like cutting away from the winning touchdown in the Super Bowl.

Perhaps Comrade Putin would like a do-over. We've got the Falcon Heavy and the NASA SLS is just about ready. Bring it on.

I surprisingly had to agree with them. Today if you want, you can visit the studio where all these movies were filmed... in the backyard of Peppone Corleone... in Sicilia.

The jury is out on the Heavy, I bet one of those is going to blow up sooner or later.

In 30 years, ours flew 135 times, and we lost 2, which is like a 1.5% failure rate.

I bet the Soviets would have lost a lot more.
