I now found this page. The "Autogrammkarten" linked off that page contain some personal info such as a DOB (16 October 1977) - but no surname.

There is also an email address which I tried - but that bounced.

Member beutelwolf is right. Vanessa is a columnist in this magazine since 2000. In every issue she (or somebody other under her name, who knows...) answers questions about sex themes, and everytime there's a sexy pic from her there. Here are some of this pics:
