While none of the original dancers are here, as you say, this is definitely Pan's People. On the original show, Ted Rogers introduces them as "Dee Dee Wilde's Pan's People":

...so this is Pans People after they left Top of the Pops, when Dee Dee managed the group, recruiting new dancers. They also appeared on The Benny Hill Show in 1979.

...and Anita is the same Anita Chellamah who was later to join Legs & Co, replacing Pauline Peters.

I have no doubt they use the name 'pan's people', what I meant was to me they have to have Bab's, Dee Dee, Sue, Lulu etc in.
