Can't believe we`re both on a health kick at the same time

Well I managed to bugger up what was going to be a decent dinner last night

Had made a bit of a usual suspects stir fry and fried the turkey once I'd hacked it up first

Then buggered everything by stupidly adding a jar of crappy sauce to it

It tasted thickly rank and yet tasted of nothing too

Never again I tell`eee , never again

More like ham or bologna or turkey or corned beef. I love meat combo sandwiches. Now that my doctors are worried about my blood sugar, I was told to put more protein on my sandwiches to counter the carbohydrates in the bread. Oh yeah, and more cheese as well.

Last night it was Southern flavour fried chicken bits (Claimed to be boob meat, I suspect it was mechanically recovered stuff) , fine noodles with peas , butter and naturally cheese plus sweet chili sauce

In fact there`s only two ways it`s juicy perfection could be bettered

If somebody else bought the ingredients and made it for me

Le jambon beurre french. (with TRUE baker' baguette.NO industrial bread here)
Simple (+add tomatoes and so on...) but as Max wrote, home-made sandwiches are the best.
